How to Tell if Marble Table is Real
- Check the color and pattern of the marble. Genuine marble should have unique veining patterns and a natural color.
- Scratch the surface of the marble with a sharp object. If it is genuine, it will scratch easily.
- Apply a few drops of acid to the marble and wait for a reaction. If it is genuine, there will be a fizz.
